Haysoft Platform offers a fully cloud-based, digital Software as a Service (SaaS) solution in the field of AI-powered GEO, SEO and content generation. Therefore, no physical products are shipped for any plans or subscriptions purchased on our platform.

1. Digital Delivery Process (Instant Access)

When you purchase a subscription plan (e.g., Starter, Pro, Expert) via Haysoft, the delivery process is entirely automated:

• The moment your transaction is successfully completed through our secure payment gateway ([Stripe / Iyzico]), the features of your purchased plan are instantly and automatically applied to your account.

• An invoice/confirmation message acknowledging your upgrade and payment will be digitally sent to your registered email address within minutes.

• You can log into your account immediately after the purchase and start using our AI and SEO tools right away.

2. No Physical Shipping

All of our services are delivered digitally (via your web browser). No CDs, USB drives, printed documents, or hardware will be shipped to you. The entire service experience is conducted through the Haysoft website and your user dashboard.

3. Potential Delays and Technical Issues

In rare cases, due to bank approval processes or server communication (Webhook) delays, it may take a few minutes for your account to be upgraded. If your account has not been activated or you cannot access the premium features within 15 minutes despite completing a payment, please contact us at [support@haysoft.com] with your payment receipt. Our technical support team will manually activate your account immediately.

4. Delivery During Renewal Periods

As long as your subscription remains active (Monthly or Annually), payment is automatically processed at the start of your new billing cycle. The usage credits (word count, analysis limits, etc.) for that cycle are instantly and seamlessly allocated (delivered) to your account without any interruption.
