Cancellation, Refund, and Plan Change Policy

At Haysoft Platform, we are highly confident in our AI-powered SEO and content generation services. However, if our solutions do not meet your expectations, we apply the following refund and exchange policies to protect your user experience and respect your legal rights (especially the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Right of Withdrawal)

For any new subscription plan purchased on Haysoft, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.

Fair Use Policy (Important): Our platform operates using high-cost Artificial Intelligence APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) in the background. To prevent abuse of the 14-day money-back guarantee, you must not have used more than 20% of the word or analysis credits allocated to your account within this 14-day period. Accounts that consume a large portion of their credits and subsequently request a refund are excluded from this guarantee.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, simply send an email with the subject line “Refund Request” to [support@haysoft.com] from the email address associated with your account. Our customer support team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method ([Stripe / Iyzico]).

  • Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. Non-Refundable Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If more than 14 days have passed since the original purchase date.

  • For subscription renewals (You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged).

  • If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., hacking attempts, spamming, bot usage).

4. Plan Changes (Upgrades and Downgrades)

As your needs evolve, you can change your Haysoft subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrading: If you wish to upgrade to a higher tier (e.g., from Starter to Pro), the change takes effect immediately. The unused portion of your current billing cycle will be automatically prorated and deducted from the cost of the new plan, meaning you only pay the difference.

  • Downgrading: If you choose to downgrade to a lower tier, the request is recorded immediately, but the change will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will retain access to your higher-tier features until that date. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for downgrades.

5. Subscription Cancellation

If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can easily cancel it at any time with a single click from the “Subscriptions” section in your Dashboard. Canceling your subscription does not immediately close your account; you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. At the end of the cycle, your account will revert to the Free version, and your credit card will not be charged again.
